• ARTISANAL UNIQUENESS: Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in color, finish, texture, size, and weight are natural characteristics of the craft and not considered manufacturing defects.
• COLOR ACCURACY: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen calibration.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

• TIMELINE: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7 working days across standard domestic serviceable pin codes.
• TRANSIT & DELAYS: While we partner with reliable courier services, delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to regional holidays, adverse weather, or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
• ADDRESS ACCURACY: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and reachable contact number at checkout.

5. 7-DAY RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with our 7 Days Return Policy:

• ELIGIBILITY: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• CONDITION: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging along with all tags and invoice receipts.
• TRANSIT DAMAGE: In case of damage during transit, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos for expedited processing.
